About Course

This is an equivalent of a postgraduate program in business analysis aligned to the BABOK Version 3. The program focuses on the critical techniques used by Junior to Intermediate and even Senior business analysts with hands-on projects from real-life case scenarios from companies within UK, US, Canada, and Europe.

Highlight Value Proposition using bespoke Business Analysis techniques and tools.

Week 4
Using the 9 Building Blocks of the Business Model Canvas to add value to an organization.

Week 5
Helping an organization to understand or change her business model, using Strategizer and Business Mapping.

Week 6
How to facilitate a Requirement Discovery Session and get the buy-in of stakeholders.

Week 7
Requirement traceability in Waterfall and Agile.

Week 8
Working in an Agile environment using Jira, Confluence, and Trello.

Week 9
Case study review and discussions.

Week 10
Use cases, discussions and Q n A session.

Week 11
Understanding how to take control of Board Room Interviews when defending a proposal.
